Machine Learning / AI Policy

We do not use any meta data, user uploads, user data, or behaviour data to train any models of any kind. There is no machine learning model to be trained, there are no AI models that we use on user data. Your data is your own, and you reserve any rights regarding it’s use as training data.

We guarantee that this will always be the case.

You retain ownership of your uploaded data. We do not claim ownership. You grant us permission to handle your data to provide our service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Cadmium. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can cancel your subscription within the 14 day trail period at no cost.

You may cancel your subscription at any point thereafter and you will not be charged again.

To request a refund, contact us at hos@cadmium-io.com with your account information. After 14 days, we do not offer refunds except where required by law.
